Forgot which talk show but someone called in saying it’s illegal to record people in that state without their knowledge - so will Breitbart be arrested for that? TV shows long time ago (60 Minutes) used to do that all the time .....
That is not illegal.
Cops do it all the time also, and journalist used to do it constantly. If it was so illegal why did they fire these two workers? Let us suppose it was an illegally gained tape, the fact is the workers were still advocating some of the most despicable and blatant law breaking I have ever seen.
