Letter: Left still strikes at Palin
The Sarasota Herald-Tribune ^ | September 10, 2009 | Ben F. Wilder

In the tales about vampires, it was learned how they create the "undead" and how they can be eliminated by a stake through the heart. It would appear that in the case of Sarah Palin, the passionate left has created an undead; she keeps coming back. In Gail Collins' column, "Levi's very public revenge," she continues to sink her fangs into her constant target by using tacky images of an individual and a family situation.

But, know what? She describes people and situations we meet and know every day. The fine family nonachievers who flunk out of school, the ones arrested for various situations, the doyens of society unmasked for unthinkable reasons, the very successful person whose business goes bankrupt, the unwed mothers and the addicted. The elite choose to ignore these matters and their participants, but perhaps that is why Palin resonates with so many ordinary citizens and why some have said she may be the next Davy Crockett.

She threatens leftie liberals (dems) integrity and manhood by simply using common sense and patriotism. She has more charisma and substance in one of her speeches than Obama has in every one he’s given combined.

Isn’t it amazing how scared they are of her. If they weren’t, they would leave her alone.

A lot of lefties hate Sarah Palin because her very existence makes them feel guilty, maybe for the first time, for having an abortion, or in the case of the men, pushing a woman into having an abortion.

It’s like the guilty cheaters. The guilt makes them strike out at the innocent partner that they cheated on.

That’s why a lot of them, and some so called conservative reporters, can’t stop themselves from bashing Sarah Palin. It’s abortion guilt.

Turn the left against itself - Play the race card;

Sara Palin is hated because she is a pretty white girl that married an Alaska Native.
