Don’t think this form is a court of law, do you. The act of entrapment is to present a false set of circumstance and entice someone to act on them. That is what occurred here, I said it smelled of entrapment. The end results are still the same.
Remember, “entrapment” is not a crime. It is a legal defense for a crime.
