In light of yesterday's arrest warrants charging voter registration fraud in Florida and hidden camera video showing ACORN workers counseling a reporter, posing as pimp, how to cheat the IRS and secure public housing to run a brothel... Should the Justice Department launch a full investigation into the group's dealings and leadership?

LOL. Alas, the head of the DOJ and his own marxist boss are part and parcel of ACORN.
Besides, the DOJ is too busy trying to build cases against Sheriff Joe down in Phoenix, CIA agents and Dick Cheney.

Should they? Of course. They should file RICO charges against ACORN.
Will they? Of course not.

Let the FBI investigate, the DOJ is feckless and corrupt.
I still have some faith in the FBI...

No they shouldn't because if they did it would be as thorough as their investigation of Lon Horiuchi... just enough to be able so say "Nope, nothing wrong here". Leave this to Florida because DC won't do their job.

The “Just Us” Department, under Eric “The Coward” Holder, is not interested in investigating such an obvious RICO situation. Move along, nothing to see here....

No, not with Holder as AG. The investigation will clear ACORN, regardless of the facts, or at the most engage in some wrist-slapping by disciplining a few sacrificial bad actors.

Kinda like Sandy Berger who was wrist-slapped instead of being hanged for treason?

It needs to state investigations not DOJ who you cannot trust to investigate ACORN — conflict of interest.

Ha, ha, ha, gag!
There isn't much difference between the current Justice Department and ACORN.
I have a real problem with Obama being represented by Department of Justice (DoJ) civil servants. I asked one attorney, and here's what she had to say:
Well, to be honest, I'm not sure how the Department of Justice attorneys don't have a conflict of interest.
While I do not completely understand it's authority, my assumption is that the DoJ is similar to the States' District Attorney's Office; established to defend the Constitution and prosecute those charged with crimes against the United States and/or its People.
Sooooooo, isn't it the DoJ who should be charged with the responsibility for bringing the claims of Obama's ineligibility on our behalf as opposed to defending him??????
Very concerning.

Come on! The government investigating it’s subsidiaries?
Fanny and Freddy couldn’t get any scrutiny so why would we expect Herr General Holder to investigate ACORN?
Laughable. But totally called for.
As for results......doubtful anyone of any stature will be reprimanded or convicted.

Good luck getting BKK member Eric Holder to investigate ACORN....when this guy has already stuffed the prosecution on the New Black Panthers.
