the radio is reporting that he called the White House and apologized. I can see why he did. Everyone always screams that the offender must apologize, well, now he has, but his comment still stands. Obama did lie.
When Tom Harkin, pip squeak D-SD, insulted the Chief Justice of the US during Clintons impeachment, (called out “we are not jurist”) the media did not demand that he apologize. Why should Wilson?
I think his not apologizing would be a distraction, he yelled “you lie” at the president on National tv in front of congress...that’s kinda a big thing..obama was wrong and he attacked Palin..I get it, I just think that his apologizing will soften the effect of his critics rantings on the American people.
