How does this break down one’s morale? In order for it to do that you have to believe it’s possible, and if you beleive it’s possible then alerting people to it should cause more positive action. I didn’t say lay down and die, I said it’s going to happen, it almost has to happen, or Obama goes down in massive defeat, Pelosi and Ried just met, they all looked happy, trust me, Pelosi wants it ALL and her face said “I got it”. Where did I say you were? I responded to a post to me. That poster may have had it in his mind, but I didn't. Frankly, I was thinking of some McCain backers I've been dealing with over the past week or so. The same ones spending their time trashing Sarah whenever they can.

In the face of McShamnesty's affinity to work across the aisle with the likes of Obambi, these people still back him at every turn on FR. That's where my "troll" focus was.

You mentioned GWB attempt to fix Social Security. The entity I worked for was a part of the plan he was trying to get. We as an entity oped out of Social Security, no longer paid for it nor were we a part of it. We as a company paid a % of our salaries into a private pension plan which was matched by our company dollar for dollar. GWB could get no one to even look at it. Today I am retired and draw a monthly check out of my company pension plan and receive more per month then if I would have paid into SS all those years. If SS goes broke it will not affect me. I will still get my pention. However, I do care about everyone else. I also got a paid up Health Insurance policy from my company when I retired. GWB invited my boss to come to Washington to speak to everyone about the idea. My boss did go and the U know whos would not listen. I just wanted U to know there are a lot of ways to skin a cat and not have something shoved down your face.
