This ABC News Video broadcast live on 9/11 proves that WTC 7, World Trade Center Building 7, was damaged by falling debris from the collapse of the WTC Twin Towers.
There is a huge controversy over the cause of the collapse of WTC Bldb 7, whether from the terrorist attack or from a government conspiracy with Dick Cheney, Larry Silverstein or the Mossad.
Investigators report that WTC7 was massively damaged by the collapse of the twin towers, on the lower floors.
This video DOES NOT show the lower floors through the smoke, where the severe damage was reported by firefighters.
However, this does provide absolute proof that SOME debris DID hit Building 7, near the top of the structure. Damage to the top floors, on the corner nearest to the camera POV, is unmistakable.
That damage is obviously not enough to cause failure of the building. However, this proves that debris DID travel far enough to damage WTC7. Debris falling in an arc would fall father away from the base before hitting the lower floors of WTC7.
SO this is dramatic confirmation that the accounts of damage to WTC Building 7 is entirely plausible.

I think it all started from some so-called school kids who claimed they were told not to go to school that day because something was going to happen to those buildings, I remember hearing someone talk about it on talk radio right after 911 and being shocked that people were already making claims of this sort so soon after the attack on our country.
The truther’s explanations of Flight 77 piss myself and a lot of other FReepers off more than any because a great FReeper, Barbara Olson was on that flight.
The conspiracy claims all the passengers were selected because of military backgrounds or government ties and were part of the conspiracy.

Yes it did start there and also with the message on the Israeli web sight before 911 wishing all 4000 Jews in NY City the best of luck or some thing to that affect the day before, of course Arab web sights got a hold of it, and you can guess what happened from there. I have personally fought these people they’re all the same be it aq, hezbollah, you name it their ultimate goal is to destroy the USA and establish an islamic state and they won’t stop til then. If this was a conspiracy, why has no one come forth with the people involved? Watergate broke down and that didn't involve treason. Abu Graib was found out quickly. This would involve a massive conspiracy at the highest levels of the government, yet no one has been shown to be involved.

There's a remarkable book written by a couple of structural engineers called Why Buildings Fall Down. The overarching theme of the book is that smart architects and engineers build redundancy into their buildings -- if one part fails there are other parts to take up the stress. Almost every structural collapse in the book was due to a failure to design sufficient redundancy into the structure. But redundancy is expensive, so . . . .
Maybe the public outcry would be too great to insist on it, or maybe they are content for the time being to ride on the lease and proof of actual cost provisions . . . ?
We received an email a few hours before the planes hit that warned our students overseas of a possible terrorist attack. It was in response to some terrorist being sentenced in NYC on that day.

Yes, this is exactly what got me involved in debating these people. Another factor that got the conspiracy theories rolling (along with people confusing the photograph of the 16 foot EXIT hole on the far side of the inner C Ring with the 90 foot wide ENTRY hole 270 feet away on the outside of the E Ring),
was the complaint that Ted Olson told CNN that Barbara Olson had called him and told him that Flight 77 had been hijacked by Arab-looking and Arab-accented men.
The reaction was that no husband who had just lost his wife would call the CNN news desk in Atlanta to provide this information, so it must be a made-up story.
However, I happened to know what REALLY happened. That day was Ted Olson’s birthday, and a number of his friends were already planning to go to his house for dinner (without Barbara to her chagrin). My brother in law was among a couple of dozen friends who went over to Ted Olson’s house to comfort Ted Olson in the midst of his grief.
One of those friends who was there comforting Ted Olson was a CNN reporter. Remember that Barbara Olson was a CNN commentator. As Ted poured out his grief, he explained what had happened. The CNN reporter asked if he could share Ted’s account of what took place, and Ted agreed.
So I tried to patiently and helpfully explain to these people on the internet the truth. I was shocked to discover that they had no interest in the truth, and only wanted to spread lies.

Bush was an idiot, who was capable of stringing together an entire cabal to bring down towers, etc, hiding thousands of people probably at Greenbrier, and make it look like plane attacks, all in the span of 8 months. Well, maybe he was working with Bill Clinton to do it.
