I will politely refer to Orly as our cousin Orly (as in my cousin vinnie) inexperienced, at times scary, but fortunately evidence ruled the day.

I can’t help but wonder if one reason Judge Carter made her accept Atty Kreep was to help her not hinder her.

I do hope someone sits her down and talks to her as she:
1) needs to know what the proper procedures are
2) Needs to follow them and quit talking when she is not supposed to talk and remember the judge runs the court
3) assemble a plan of attack
4) get help in the discovery phase from experienced investigators
5) Slow down and use her training and intelligence more and her emotions less
6) keep up the good fight!

I agree with this assessment and it is consistent with all of Judge Carter's actions to date.

On the surface, it looks like Gary Kreep’s a pretty good addition to her team: http://usjf.net/?page_id=1191

Long history as a practicing attorney, no doubts as to his political allegiances, and doesn’t sound like someone who would let things get lost on misfilings and technicalities.

If she can’t work with him, one has to wonder whether she’s like that flood victim who turns away help from the rescue boats and helicopters and, standing on her roof, alone and surrounded by rising waters, asks God why He has abandoned her.

I tend to agree. This judge obviously has a keen understanding of the basic question before us, and is as interested in resolving it as any American who gives a damn about the Constitution and the rule of law.

He could have easily thrown Orly and this case out of his court for any number of technical errors on her part, but he decided that the question of Obama's eligibility is far too important to allow nitpicking details of filings and procedure to stop the process of uncovering the truth.

We are very fortunate that someone of Judge Carter's caliber and integrity is in charge of this case.

That being said, he definitely gave Orly a dressing down in the courtroom yesterday. He didn't pull any punches doing it, either. She'd do well to comply with his wishes and orders to the very best of her ability, so yes, she really needs to quickly seek advice and coaching from more professional attorneys.

She also needs to sit down with Gary Kreep and analytically come to some concrete agreements as to what this case is about, and forge some real operating guidelines for both of them to follow, so that they don't wind up butting heads during the proceedings again. That will do nothing to help the case, and will in fact, endanger it.

I think that maybe is her strong point. She is persistent like a pit-bull with lipstick and not intimidated by the judges. She has taken this issue further than any of her many male colleagues!!!
