Same here - and I have taught my daughters to expect it. They wait for me to open doors for them (so does their mom), and they expect (without apology) for boys to do so as well. Raises some eyebrows, but tough. They’ve said that they pity the first guy who pulls up in the driveway and honks the horn for one of them to come out.
