New Lenox

"Incorporated October 4, 1946 in the State of Illinois, located approximately 36 miles southwest of downtown Chicago", is close enough to be a Chicago vassal.

The 0ne's "home state" is Chicago. Not to be confused with the vast majority of Illinois.
