I can see it now. Hugo Chavez will be the "Change" Czar and the kossacks at the Daily Kos can nominate him. Thoughts? Chavez did say he wants to "help" Obama.

It's a fitting appointment, except that the position has been previously filled (surreptitiously, of course.)

In fact, one might argue that the Change Czar was the first, and that the appointment probably dates back to the Columbia U days.
