I don’t see how the judge can be a finder of fact on the BC. I suppose he could listen to experts and decide who he believes. But, there is objective evidence. There are many who can forge a birth certificate, and even more who can forge a COLB. But how many people could reproduce the baby footprint of a full grown Barack Obama?
The evidence—real or fake— is there, but the court will probably never dare ask the President for a comparative print to determine its validity.
Even though this judge seems to be a straight shooter, this could also be a way for them to finally put this to rest—sorry I am very sceptical on this one even though I do not believe that Obama was born here. I am sure he could pay off just about anyone. This is too big, this is power and money and no way is the left going to let some Judge stand in their way. I hope I am wrong, but it just seems too good to be true.
Comparative foot print will not even be relevent. The issue is where the man was born and the nationality of his parents. THAT will be adjudicated, if this case goes anywhere at all, and the obamaessiah will no doubt appeal until the SCOTUS weighs in. Look for the DOJ to try and seal the case and the preceedings from the getgo, if Judge Carter allows this to move forward to discovery phase. The criminal enterprise has too much at stake now that they have already used criminal behavior to protect, so they will do literally anything to keep their little god from being deposed and exposing the treachery of the demcorat party in putting this commie in office.
Judge can simply demand that Obama produce all his records.

Get his college transcripts, force hawaii to release what they have, social security, selective service, that’s all the judge needs to do.
