To: Pearls Before Swine

Even though this judge seems to be a straight shooter, this could also be a way for them to finally put this to rest—sorry I am very sceptical on this one even though I do not believe that Obama was born here. I am sure he could pay off just about anyone. This is too big, this is power and money and no way is the left going to let some Judge stand in their way. I hope I am wrong, but it just seems too good to be true.

I’m pretty sceptical myself that this could be fairly adjudicated. I’d look for jurisdictional excuses to avoid this, myself, or procedural moves to foul up the process.

Still, I thought it interesting that unlike the COLB offerings we’ve seen, this has biometric identification—a footprint—that is not subject to arguments about photo-shopping. Of course, the footprint might be too blurred to be of use, or the court might not feel it has jurisdiction to require the President to provide a comparative sample.
