Glenn Beck’s Next Target: Cass Sunstein

As he makes a real impact in pushing conservative fringe attacks on Obama administration officials into the mainstream, Glenn Becks Twitter feed has become a must-read. In a message from last night, Beck told his followers to FIND EVERYTHING YOU CAN ON CASS SUNSTEIN, MARK LLOYD AND CAROL BROWNER.
They are, respectively, the nominee to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, the Associate General Counsel and Chief Diversity Officer of the FCC, and the Assistant to the President for Energy and Climate Change. Browner was also administrator of the EPA for all eight years of Bill Clintons presidency.
Becks ostensible purpose here is to expose the czars whove been appointed by the president. Sunstein stands out like a sore thumb, as hes been tied up by holds and filibusters for months, and Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) only filed for cloture on his nomination at the start of August.
How has Sunstein become so controversial? Basically, conservative Websites have read his iconoclastic, theoretical writing and pumped up the bits that sound really strange. A current example comes from CNSNews.com.

In order to ensure that runaway freedom doesnt go too far, Sunstein is proposing that his office be empowered to institute a mandatory 24-hour delay on the sending of e-mails to give us time to scrutinize them for inappropriate content. Obamas would-be regulatory czar also proposes a fairness doctrine for bloggers. Regulation of talk radio is not enough to ensure a balanced presentation of valid views, Sunstein declared. In an era when so much communication occurs over the Internet we need to ensure that those posting opinions give equal time to opposing views. Blogs like Free Republic, for example, are hopelessly one-sided. This must stop.

Great to gather all we can but BEWARE OF TRAPS! There will be lots of misinformation scattered about to bait us.
If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Then again with THIS crowd....????

Blogs like Free Republic, for example, are hopelessly one-sided. This must stop.Isn't there some constitutional protection, aside from the first amendment, in freedom of association?
I often wish I were a lawyer but I'm not.

Where to begin with this...(1) I'm not a blogger
(2) Sounds like this comrade Sickstein feller is in favor of a sort of negative option organ donation protocol for you and me. He has decided what is best to do with our bodies--naturally for the greater good.
Will there be a vigorous mass media campaign with boisterous pleas to "call now!" to just get on with this deal? I say he should lead by example, starting with both of his kidneys, because his are efficient enough to filter out oppressive volumes of filthy Marxist toxins, apparently allowing him to yet thrive. It really is astonishing.

This is not a blog site. It is a site where articles or opinions are posted and people choose to comment.
Daily Kos and the others are pure blog sites, are they not?
So how do you regulate FR? I can post anything or almost anything I wish from the right or the left.
I know if I post from the left the response will be different.
FR also does not limit or restrict participation as long as the person his respectful and not obscene.
I don’t seen much foul language here. If so, it’s clo*ked. Or written differently.
This guy sounds like another kook.

Ja, wohl, Herr Goebbels.
Who’s going to do the stopping, and with what?
