I think Glenn just made a simple mistake by saying prison instead of jail and saying it was part of the LA riots. Van Jones did say all those things about meeting radicals and becoming a communist.
There is room for calling Eva Paterson's account into question too. Beck says he was arrested twice and she only explains away one incident. She also fails to say what the SF protest was about and since it was only two weeks after the RK/LA riots it well may have been related.
My intent was just to cut off getting caught repeating a possibly false or exaggerated story. He called himself a communist and that's where we have them.

Will do so on both points, but still think Beck delivers, while Bill talks about it in the context of himself.

We agree on that point. Bill doesn’t get out on the limb much like Beck, Hannity, others.
He does enough to expose some hypocrisy, and take on people like Barney Frank, but then does followups ( Frank example) where he lets them off the hook.

The sad thing? These people are virtually interchangeable, it almost makes no difference what post they've been assigned, the outcome will still be the same.
I have to pat O’Reilly on the back about that one thing- that I DON’T have any idea where he actually stands as far as left/right. On certain specific issues, I know what he is espousing, but that may not translate to other issues.
If all reporters and news organs who claim to be “unbiased” did as well, I would not mind their advocacy on some issue or another. Unfortunately, all the OldMedia are simply Democrat party propaganda now.
