"If Jones left under pressure from the Obama administration then we are in for a very long and painful four years,” said Melissa Harris Lacewell, a political science professor at Princeton University. “I would hate to think that Glenn Beck can simply shout down any member of the administration he chooses to target.”

Green for All Academy Fellows host solar-powered hip hop concert
Last weekend, Green For All Academy Fellows Zakiya Harris and Ambessa Cantave hosted the second annual Grind for the Green - a Solar-Powered Hip Hop Concert in San Francisco. Grind for the Green is the first ever eco-hip hop concert for youth, by youth.

Green the Block is a partnership between Green For All and the Hip Hop Caucus to educate and mobilize low-income communities and communities of color to ensure a voice and stake in the clean-energy economy.
The left/green movement has used the Alinsky model for years. I saw what was happening many years ago but getting people to understand it was next to impossible. They just thought I was a right wing wacko. Now, thanks to Van Jones some people are starting to see it.
I am a little sad to see him go, after all, he was the gift that kept right on giving.
Valerie Jarrett might be another gift. Cass Sunstain might be one of these gifts also.
It is also how the Apollo Alliance describes themselves, as an alliance between the Blue and the Green, the blue collar SEIU union worker and the Green environmental activist Group, the Sierra Club that work together for "Green Jobs". Green Jobs are described as either government jobs or jobs in the alternative fuel industry that are government funded, thus the SEIU. Health care reform is about nothing more than forced unionization of one sixth of the work force. Why do think that the SEIU is so busy pushing this government control of the health care, when the government union workers are exempted? The only possible reason is that the union wants control of those jobs.

Rogers also served as Director of the Illinois Lottery.
Rogers serves on the Board of Directors of Allstate Life Insurance Company, Equity Residential and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.
Rogers is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of both the Lincoln Park Zoo and the Museum of Science and Industry.
Rogers is a member of the 2016 Olympic Cultural Committee.

This Czar was to impose severe economic penalties on all of America, and he had ‘no direct communication with’ the president? What hte hell is goign on here? Removing a communist from the highest levels of our government is not appeasement. All Glenn did was use the words, audio/video of these people to expose the fact that everything we were warning last fall would occur should 0bama win election has been borne out.
