JERUSALEM (AP) - Israel defied U.S. pressure to halt construction in its West Bank settlements Sunday, with key leaders speaking out in support of the contentious enclaves and preparing to sign orders to allow building of hundreds of new housing units there.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak are expected to approve orders for about 500 new apartments Monday, said Israeli officials, speaking on condition of anonymity because the plans have not been finalized.

Israel will survive very well without the rapidly decreasing value of the U.S's 2.6 billion dollars, but America might not survive even one term of "the Messiah."

The U.S. Government did not give them their land, it was a much greater and higher power that did and that higher power will have the final say no matter what the U.S. decides to do.
