A black education professor who was suspended last year after he joked about shooting his students has filed a race discrimination lawsuit against administrators at California State University, Fresno.

Joe Parks, 65, said administrators in the Kremen School of Education and Human Development give him more work than younger nonblack professors. He made the charges in a U.S. District Court lawsuit that he filed without a lawyer.

When he complained about the "disparate treatment based on his race and age, the defendants reprimanded him," he claimed in the lawsuit.

"University records cite allegations that include calling students "whitey" and making fun of Mexicans."

That was his undoing. Everyone is down with making fun of "whitey" but doing so to Mexicans crosses the line.

Amazing!

When a KID jokes about shooting people that's a CRIME.

When a BLACK Professor does it, it's okay and now SUES ON GROUND OF DISCRIMINATION? Insanity!

This UPPOTY BLACK view of being SUPERIOR to WHITE and everyone else is emboldened through Obama. Obama has the same SUPERIOR view of HIMSELF on the surface but deep inside of him, he is totally INSECURE and a glass jawed bully.

More serial race-card scumbaggery in the world of academia. If that old heathen was white, he wouldn't have even lasted this long.

This probably will not go well for Fresno State judging from past gender (gender identity) lawsuits against the university

Fresno, CA, USA (KFSN) — Eight months after a jury awarded former Fresno State women’s basketball coach Stacy Johnson-Klein an astounding $19-million dollars in her gender discrimination lawsuit against the university another suit is filed. This time by Ramona Pagel, a 4-time Olympian and current U.S. shot put record holder.

The suit claims her contract as assistant track and field coach was not renewed because she raised concerns about gender equity. Former Fresno State volleyball coach Lindy Vivas won a $5 million dollar discrimination lawsuit against the school for allegations similar to Pagel’s and Dianne Milutinovich settled her gender discrimination lawsuit for 3 and a half million dollars. Despite the $16 million shelled out in these cases, Vivas said nothing has changed at the athletic department. “I’m not surprised at all. The people in charge didn’t change. You know when it comes down to it the responsibility is always at the top and the top failed all of us.”

Nah. The line "...filed without a lawyer" tells you all you need to know.

Certainly, no lawyer would have filed in US District Court, rather than Fresno Superior. Gotta get past Twombly nowadays, as well as an MSJ.
