I have another Idea (London's Mayor wants people to fast at Ramadan, here's a better idea)

I just saw that the Mayor of London (Boris Johnson):

has recommended that non-Muslims take the opportunity of the month of Ramadan to fast, along with their Muslim neighbors, in order to promote "understanding between cultures."

Here’s a better idea. One of my degrees is in Comparative Religion. As a result, I have read the Koran about a dozen times. (I have three copies in my library.)

Instead of fasting for Ramadan go out and buy or borrow or even look up the Koran on the Internet. Read the book. Discover for yourself if Islam is really a religion of peace. Learn for yourself if you would seriously consider converting (of your own free will) to Islam.

Enough with the pretending to be a Muslim by fasting during Ramadan … go read their book. Find out what Muslims really believe.

Islam is a violent political ideology based on a set of laws of which religion is only one component and is used to impose on non muslims.

It is a Death Cult.

Christians earn their after-life based upon how they live, islamaniacs feel they earn their after-life based upon how they die.

Death. Cult. Pure. And. Simple.

Bingo!

It seems that exercises in outreach/tolerance proposed by the ruling class are invariably one-way streets—Away from civilization, towards barbarism.

Discover for yourself if Islam is really a religion of peace.

Islam is Satanic as is it's False Prophet partner, Sharia Law. Islam may very well be the agent that ushers in the End of the Age, coming soon...

Boris Johnson

Isn't he supposed to be a 'normal' non-progessive politician?

So there is little difference between the new mayor and “Red Ken” Livingstone after all.

"Instead of fasting for Ramadan go out and buy or borrow or even look up the Koran on the Internet. Read the book. Discover for yourself if Islam is really a religion of peace. Learn for yourself if you would seriously consider converting (of your own free will) to Islam."

But first look up HOW to read a Koran. it must be read in order of revelation, and then you must apply the law of abrogation, which simply means anything Mohammad said At a later time abrogates what he said at an earlier time.

Then you need Mohammad's Sunnah as recorded by Bukhari, Muslim, Ishaq, and Tabari - Islam’s earliest and more trusted sources, -these are the ways and sayings of Mohammad during his life- which is needed to make any sense at all of the Koran. Each verse in the koran must be put in context of Muhammad’s life.

Ishaq's Sira, or biography, is called "Sirat Rasul Allah", and provides the lone account of Muhammad’s life and the formation of Islam written within 200 years of the pedophile prophet's death.
The Sira's chronological presentation is similar in style to the Christian Gospels.

The "Ta'rikh" is the oldest, most trusted and comprehensive history of Islam’s formation and Muhammad’s example, called Sunnah.
It was written by Tabari. His History of al-Tabari is formatted like the Bible. It begins with Islamic creation and ends with the acts of Muhammad’s companions. Tabari is a compilation of Hadith quotes and Qur'an passages. As such, it provides the best skeleton upon which to flesh out the character of Muhammad and the nature of fundamental Islam.

A Hadith is an oral report from Muhammad or his companions. Muslims believe that Hadith were inspired by Allah, making them scripture. The most revered Collection was compiled in a topical arrangement by Bukhari. Allah’s Book, the Qur'an, lacks context and chronology, so to understand it, readers are dependent upon the Sira, Ta'rikh, and Hadith.

All that can be known about Muhammad’s deeds, means, motives, god, and scripture is enshrined in these books.

You can find these online, or a public library (sometimes)

The "Sirat Rasul Allah" was written by Ibn Ishaq in 750 A.D. It was edited and abridged by Ibn Hisham in 830 and translated by Alfred Guillaume under the title, "The Life of Muhammad" in 1955 by Oxford Press.

The History of al-Tabari was written by Abu Muhammad bin al-Tabari between 870 and 920 A.D. His monumental work was translated and published in 1987 through 1997 by the State University of New York Press.

"islamaniacs feel they earn their after-life based upon how they die."

Most muslims which we call "moderate" live a life of "sin", sin in this case means not following the ways and words of Mohammad and Allah (both one and the same really).

All this "bad" behavior, which pretty much guarantees that all muzzies will go to burn in the hell fires Mohammad so vividly describes, can be atoned for by one simple act of Jihad, which not only wipes out these "sins" but also gives them a higher station on Mohammads heavenly brothel.

Kill an infidel- advancing Allah's cause- go to Mohammad heaven.

Islam= Death cult.
