If the RNC was smart (I u/stand they are not) they would focus on THIS issue for the 2010 congressional races.

*All Dem Congress and Senate members are either negligent or complicit in this end around of The Constitution.

*This shadow govt is by design to WEAKEN the balance of power between the Executive and Legislative branch.

These dopey dems in congress/senate don't even realize they have been had themselves! ...unless they are willingly giving up their power to this POTUS and his shadow govt.

Conservative House and Senate candidates should include this issue in primaries and general to eliminate the shadow, unconfirmed, uninvestigated shadow govt and restore balance to the Fed Govt...also to eliminate the RINOs who are not protesting this now.

The average American voter will UNDERSTAND THIS and AGREE with this, and are more willing to punish Congress than a President.

Makes you wonder if Repubs are complicit in this game (shadow govt), too. The “I won’t mess up your sandbox if you won’t mess up mine” game. That has to be what happened with Dems. Now, what about the Republicans?
