California drivers can't line up to renew their licenses Friday. Wisconsin natives can't order copies of their birth certificates. Georgia consumers will have to postpone registering complaints with state watchdogs. And stranded motorists in Maryland may have to wait a little longer for highway-department help.

This should be encouraged everywhere.
Wow! That’s amazing. You can still get a Birth Certificate in Wisconsin? Apparently, in Hawaii you can only get some abstract thing called a Certification of Live Birth.
The Certification of Live Birth contains only the information you might garner from a conversation such as:
Hey, my name is........
My mom’s name is...........
My dad’s name is...........
Not the typical information you would find in a Birth Certificate.
Barry O. has a few Birth Certificates
1. The one that was with his Kindergarten records? Those records and that copy mysteriously have disappeared.
2. The one that some White Spokesman referred to as having been vaporized in some house fire, in 1972? What country was that one from, in whose possession was it and why did they have it?
3. Assuming he had a birth certificate that was vaporized, in 1972, What Birth Certificate did he use to obtain a passport? What Birth Certificate did he use to obtain admission into college and get college loans?
Now, the best part:
4. Where is the Birth Certificate he found among his mother’s belongings in 1995, when she passed away? He wrote about it in one of his books and expounded about why it was there.
“I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school. It’s a short piece, with a photograph of him. No mention is made of my mother or me, and I’m left to wonder whether the omission was intentional on my father’s part, in anticipation of his long departure. Perhaps the reporter failed to ask personal questions, intimidated by my father’s imperious manner; or perhaps it was an editorial decision, not part of the simple story that they were looking for. I wonder, too, whether the omission caused a fight between my parents.”

So with all these Birth Certificates lying around, why did he feel it necessary to produce a “Certification of Live Birth” that is inconsistent with a Birth Certificate and wholly lacking all of the information you would find, in you know, a Birth Certificate?
He seemed to have some emotional attachment to the Birth Certificate found among his mother’s belongings. Why wouldn’t he just slap that one up, for all the world to see?
It seemed important that he found a document that is called a “Birth Certificate” and it is highly unlikely he would not know what one looks like.
Where are those Birth Certificates?
Go to part-time legislatures, cut ligislators’ pay in half, shut down the state houses for six months each year, and repeal much of the last fifty years’ added laws.
I’m currently dealing with a problem dealing with state run worker’s comp (CA) the person continually cites the problem of getting things done because of the worker furloughs. Well, it seems they won the battle yesterday, as shown here on their website, also note their goal of getting members to COST the state more in govt aid than they are saving through payroll. There seems to be a new trend of cities turning off streetlights to save money.
How to save lots o money:
Fire 50% of every state’s desk jockeys
Reduce all bloated state pensions by 50%
Reduce hours at state run agencies from 40 hour weeks to 30 hour weeks
Reduce hours at state run public offices to 30 hours a week
Get rid of most of the demonkat-sponsored stoopid “programs”.

Need yoru drivers license renewed? You can do it online. Though every other time they do want another picture of you so you have to go to the DMV.
Need your car registration renewed? You can do it online.
Didn’t the unions fight it and win somewhere so that the governor had to lay off 1000 people?
State workers don’t get free car and gas card.
I see he gets it honest.
About 65 percent of govt. could and should be shut down and no one would notice.
