I hope a group of conservative kids in a high school somewhere get together and wear brown shirts on Tuesday.

No coincidence that GE owns both the NBC and the Obama Administration.

Those who can't do......read the news off a teleprompter.

I’d expect nothing less from someone who’s been an obama lackey from day 1.

Actually I DO think the president coming into every school in the country and telling the kids anything is a problem.

That the left doesn’t see the problem is another problem.

We don't need no education
We don't need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers leave them kids alone
Hey! Teachers! Leave them kids alone!
All in all it's just another brick in the wall.
All in all you're just another brick in the wall.

Ironic that I was listening to that song not even an hour ago..

Alright let's access. Is there any question Obama's anti-american and the radical leftist he's aligned himself with want to "change" America into a socialistic country? There is absolutely no doubt these people want to destroy capitalism. Conservative's all knew this going in, only the lite hearted ignorant had no clue, but what is really disturbing is Obama/Leftist are not hiding their agenda at all from anybody except to try and make those who are calling them on their anti-americanism, kooks.

Now the radical left will stick with Obama no matter what, but isn't it clear to these dolts by now America is starting to see these leftist for who they really are and don't like them or like their policies? I mean Obama's going no where but down in the polls yet he's pushing his leftist agenda even further!

Is the leftist operation to try ram through as much destruction to America as possible knowing they will get trounced next election? Let's face it, at this point if the American voting public doesn't completely remove these people next election we are truly done as America.

yes. As that Marine at the town hall said: “Keep your hands off my kids.”

Here we are with the whole world in a “world of hurt” with wars, crime, poverty, hate etc...and the prez is gonna talk to school kids about staying in school? Give me a break. That’s an agenda that went awry and FAST. If he is allowed to broadcast a speech into the schools against other’s wishes...then someone should counter with broadcasting a PRAYER to every school under the same circumstances. You know like this school says yes, this teacher says no, this parent says yes etc....Same thing.

“Actually I DO think the president coming into every school in the country and telling the kids anything is a problem.”

I have a tremendous problem with THIS president, therefore none of them should be doing it.

Funny how the education establishment promotes Michael Moore propaganda, Al Gore propaganda and Barrack Obama propaganda, but would have a fit if a Conservative wanted to address the chilrun. Or the NRA. Or the Armed Forces. etc.

It was even worse than just writing a letter to yourself. You were supposed to define goals to help the president. The teacher was supposed to store these away and bring them out periodically to measure if each child was making progress towards those goals! So throughout the school year, little tykes all over the land were to determine if they were making enough progress toward helping der Führer with his subjugation of the nation. This was over-the-top outrageous!

I’m not seeing how conservatives are the racists here. Obama is half white! In my opinion, one of O’s greatest failures in office thus far is not taking advantage of his mixed heritage to try and unify the country. He’s got a unique opportunity as the first bi-racial president and he’s blown it. Instead, he’s chosen to polarize our country further by undermining race relations...all in the name of party power and control. Apparently, I’m to believe I’m too stupid to overlook this and I’m not capable of raising my own children. I can’t wait to see how that one goes over.

“The libs just don’t get it. This President and his lunatic Party have poked the hornet nest and now they’re getting stung. And every time he pokes the nest he’s going to be stung again. He should realize already: he’s got a serious uprising on his hands. The hornets are out of the nest and they’re looking to take his form of politics(communism) down.”

Obama has succeeded in marginalizing himself and losing the public trust to the point that anything he tries to do from here on out will be opposed. He has created a negative stigma along with the Congressional leaders ie) Rangel and it’s growing by the day.

I asked my daughter in law if she was keeping the kids home that day. She said good luck to the teacher if she can make Sam, a first grader, actually sit there and concentrate on what Obama is saying. This is not appropriate material for 1st graders.

Harwood is a lefty democrat Obama supporter. He’s the one reporter on CNBC who is real annoying because he’s obviously shilling for Obama when he reports on any subject where the White House is involved. The good news in all these disturbing developments in the administration is that it will all lead to the GOP taking about 50 seats in the House in 2010. Boehner or Pence will be Speaker in 2011, and we can probably win a few Senate seats too.

Right, and the person I know who tried to get the government to pay for their wedding (because it paid for everything else) is smarter because they want their kids to watch Obama.

This is why I dumped the television. Saves me a nice chunk of change on electric costs, as a bonus!

I never watch any of the MSM. I do read Newsbusters, who monitor the Drive-bys. I like how they make watching them unnecessary, and are deprived of more ratings.

...if you think that a president coming into your school, kids school, and saying work hard and stay in school is a danger to kids, you've got some problems.

Parents who are this involved with the lives of their children have told them a million times to work hard and stay in school.

...partly it's simply because Barack Obama is a different kind of president: first African-American, international elements of his background.

Oh yes, it's racism and xenophobia. The socialism has nothing to do with it.

I told my radical left sister that I had no problem bringing Obama into classrooms as long as Mr Cheney or Mrs. Palin would also be allowed into those same classrooms.
