Doesn’t matter who is President. We already had supposed magic words, smeared in ink, printed on wood pulp, bound in leather, stored on oak....forbidding this.

Actually, it’s all kind of pathetic, really.
I get the feeling that all that needs to be done to clean up our financial system (i.e. jail the crooks) is going to stop at Madoff.
