Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., was home in Searchlight today but he couldn't escape the health care and other debates in Washington, D.C.

Reid and Interior Secretary Ken Salazar stopped at Cottonwood Cove in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area to announce $135 million in funding for outdoors projects, but most of the questions directed Reid's way were about health care or the so-called stimulus bills.

Reid said he spoke about health care Wednesday with President Barack Obama and Thursday with Vice President Joe Biden.

Obama is scheduled to make a speech Wednesday before a joint session of congress in which he is expected to lay out a detailed framework for health care reform.

"We talked, I did have some things I thought he could emphasize more," Reid saif of his conversation with the President.

Reid said it would be inappropriate for him to divulge Obama's plan for the speech, but did give some hints as to how reform might shape up.

"We're going to do everything we can to get a public option or something like a public option. We are going to do everything we can to make the insurance companies honest, we are going to do everything we can to make sure we are able to cover pre-existing disabilities so that insurance companies can't willy-nilly take a whack at people who have a disability of some kind," he said.

Ken Salazar is part of Van Jones’ Green Movement. In the video he is speaking to Power Shift 09 - same as when Van Jones spoke to that group of people.

He mentions the “great outdoors movement”. This is a brown shirt endeavor of the socialist movement. The will train the young people in their liberal views.

Yeah, transfer of wealth...go on say it Harry!

We are going to do everything we can to make the insurance companies honest,

Honesty starts at home Harry, work on political honesty first.

Even if it takes 110% of total income as a country to pay for it, by God we are going to do it to get our political money and save political face to boot!

These political swine are the reason for swine flu.

It is called putting lipstick on a pig... and nobody is gonna watch it...

In short... we STILL don't want Obamacare!
