As I have said ad nauseum, we have an illegitimate political system and an illegitimate government. Our elections are a sham, because both parties are controlled by the same liberal fascist political elite class. The GOP only exists to provide an illusion of choice. We will not restore the freedoms of the Constitution through the current political system, which is of, by, and for the elites, and which has an overriding goal of establishing international totalitarian marxism in the US. The Constitution can only be restored through a process that permanently dis-empowers the ruling elites. It is my fervent hope that the divisions between Freedom and liberal fascism can be peacefully settled by splitting the country and allowing the liberal fascists to take the national debt with them and relocate to their marxist utopia.

Which is why no one outside of Washington or the press mourned the passing of murderous Ted Kennedy. I think it’s safe to say he never actually “won” an election. There was no love for him in America.

Our Federal Government has grabbed power FAR BEYOND what it was granted.

It has happened incrementally and it must be corrected.

Most Americans today are not taught about the basic philosophies behind the Declaration.

The idea that human beings have “natural rights” granted by God.

That no government can legitimately abridge those rights.

That people have a duty to alter or abolish any government that does so.

That the checks and balances system was created to control government power.

That the Founding Fathers feared a strong government.

That the reason for the Second Amendment wasn't for deer hunting.

That the First Amendment doesn;t exist for the purpose of promoting pornography.

That the First Amendment does not DISESTABLISH God from the Public Forum, but prevents the creation of an official “established” church.

And so on.

No thanks. The Judge is spot on with this one and I applaud him for speaking about it, but he is wrong on too many of the other arguments, such as torture and terrorist rights.

As for the instant subject, I am SO ready... I want to get it over with so that our country can heal and my grandchildren can live in freedom.
