If this isn’t confirmed, then it shouldn’t be posted.

I would pay huge bucks to sit on a back porch with Dick Cheney and discuss history and politics over a few frosties.

I'd say it's pretty much in the bag. Sarah would never pass up the opportunity to do something for the troops-particularly the wounded. That's just how she is.
I think it's funny that a 25k bid gets dinner with Sarah and only 7k gets dinner with Karl Rove!
Either way,its for an excellent cause. If I had the bucks,it would be 25k to dine with My Girl and some friends, and another 25k just because it's for the bravest of us.

“The highlight of the auction will be a dinner experience with former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.”

Confirmed in writing by Meghan Stapleton or Gov. Palin herself? If not, it ain’t happening.

I could agree with you, but I don't.

**** from eBay:

How would you like to have dinner with Sarah Palin? This is the chance of a lifetime to experience an evening with Governor Sarah Palin.

The former Vice Presidential candidate and Governor of Alaska was selected as one of America's "Top 10 Most Fascinating People" of 2008 for a Barbara Walters ABC special in December 2008.

Her oldest son Track enlisted in the U.S. Army on September 11, 2007, and was subsequently assigned to an infantry brigade. He and his unit deployed to Iraq in September 2008 for 12 months.

She is, quite simply, one of the most talked about people in the US, and she and Todd will sit down with you and up to four of your friends for dinner.

Value: Priceless.

Donated by: Sarah Palin.

The opening bid is $25,000.

I might be able to scrape up $25k and if I knew that was the price I’d take it. But that dinner with Palin is going to fetch $100-250k. And Todd’s coming, too — a little something for the ladies.

An annual lunch with Warren Buffett has the highest bid ever paid on eBay at $2.11 million in 2008.

She will be one of the biggest draws yet. It'd be hard to beat Buffet, but you never know when charity is involved. This is a good charity!

I didn’t realize there was some comps to measure! If a lunch with Buffet got $2 mil, then Sarah should break a mil, easy.

I agree that one should always be skeptical... but it looks legit to me.
