This Basso guy has a nice schtick... but his calls for mandatory national service and a constitutional convention creep me out, personally

Though the left and most of the DNC scorn the words of our founders, we are finding through presentations like these (and many more all over this nation) that the principles those wise men wrestled with back in the late 1700s, and were then inspired to address through the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution, and their other writings like the Federalist Papaers, the anti-Federalist papers, Common Sense, etc. all ring true today.

That's becuase, despite the modern gadgetry and technology we have today, despite the "social changes", the human heart is the same. Emotion, corruption, vice, passion, avarice, honor, virtue, etc. all exist in our modern environment...just like they did then.

The prescription for liberty remains the same.
