WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Nearly 9 in 10 Americans say the country's still in a recession, according to a new national poll.
According to the poll, 52 percent support President Obama's economic plan, down from 65 percent in March. Fifty-five percent think the Cash for Clunkers program was a success, but less than 4 in 10 say Obama's economic program has improved the economic conditions so far.
The Republicans still get more blame than Democrats for the country's economic problems, but that figure's down from 53 percent in May to 41 percent now. Twenty-seven percent say the Democrats are more responsible for the economy, up 6 percentage points from May.

we ARE mired in a recession
I would love to see the weight on this pollaganda. LOL. CNN is such a sick joke on this country...
er, weighting. Proof!
Duh!
You think they don’t know about Barney Frank’s role in the housing collapse or that they know about it and simply don’t care?
That’s because the stimulus was designed to help politicians, not mom & pop.
It’s actually pretty funny. Almost the entire article has polling data that is terrible for Obama and the Dems, yet CNN still manages to squeeze that into their story.
Yes, and many people are mired in stupidity. Anyone that believes that a President, hell bent on destroying America, deserves any plus ratings, is truly mired in a severe case of indescribable stupidity.
CNN, ratiings in the tank, doesn’t see the continuous stream of unemployed Americans? Guess not.
WTF We are mired in a very bad recession
Lets fix that...
Americans KNOW nation still mired in recession, CNN poll finds
Actually being mired in a recession would be a great improvement! We are caught in an economic tornado which is destroying the tarpaper financial shack the nation has been living in for many years. The situation is not improved by having the idiots in the media telling us every day that a recovery has started, the recovery exists only between the ears of the Obama supporters.
