Speaking of the SCOTUS, I am still amazed at the fact that the entire Court (with the sole exception of Justice Alito) actually met in chambers WITH 0bama prior to the Inauguration in a highly questionable ex parte proceeding (questionable and unethical due to the fact that there were still cases on the docket pending before the SCOTUS with 0bama named as one of the parties, without permitting the opposing parties to attend and to observe. No transcript was kept of that meeting (to my knowledge), what was discussed has never been revealed.
In other words, the SCOTUS was either bought off, or intimidated by forces far more sinister than we can imagine.

If the Constitution is being shredded by an illegal regime with no authority, the military's Oath to "preserve" the Constitution kicks in, simple as that. How does 'preserve and protect' include overthrowing the civilian government when the Constitution does not allow it? Isn't that like destroying the village in order to save it?

You sound like that prospect gives you the shakes, are you ok? A military coup? Actually I find the prospect is more humorous than scary. I spent many years in the military and I'm aware of what my oath involved even if you are not. And I'm aware of the respect my fellow officers had for teh Constitution, even if you don't.

My point stands.
There are those who will claim any B.C. that doesn't say Kenya somewhere on it is a forgery.
Then there are those who don't care WHAT the B.C. says, so long as it lists Obama Sr. as the father, they claim that he cannot be a natural born citizen due to his father not being a citizen.
So anyone who thinks anything is resolved or settled by release of the long form is in serious need of a reality check. Only a very small group would say “OK, that answers my question, and all indications are that it is legitimate, so I will just drop this.”
