Does anyone know her politics and how they stack up to the other Republican running?
I’ve talked to a few NV FReepers. The consensus is she’s generally conservative, although not a Jim DeMint or anything. They generally have positive things to say, and also that she will be a formidable candidate to run against Reid.
I’ll gladly support her against Harry Reid. Reid is one of the most contemptible people in all of Washington.
I’ve heard her described as “McCain-ish”. Danny Tarkanian, however, is a true fiscal conservative.
AS NEVADA’S GOP CHAIR, WHY ???? DOES SHE CHOOSE TO RUN RATHER THAN SUPPORT TARKANIAN ?
SHE MAY BE COMPETENT, BUT SINCE DANNY TARKANIAN IS ALREADY A CANDIDATE, HER DECISION TO MUDDY THE WATERS SEEMS TO BE IN THE INTEREST OF SELF RATHER THAN THE PARTY.
REMINDS ME OF KATHERINE HARRIS WHO WASN’T CONTENT TO BE A REPRESENTATIVE. . .HAD TO BE A SENATOR AFTER ONLY A FEW MONTHS IN DC.

She’s pretty much a RINO. We need better leadership here in NV so I’m all in favor of her stepping down. The NV Republican party is in shambles and she has done nothing to bring the party together. We went from red to blue last election, voter registration tipped to the RATs in Washoe County (Reno) last election. Ensign can’t keep his pants on and Gov. Gibbons (R) is despised by a majority of Nevadans. Personally I like Gibbons as he had the cajones to stand up to tax increases and just said no. The RAT controlled assembly and senate was able to override his veto. Their attacks on Gibbons are relentless. I think Tarkanian would be a better candidate.
