Should we greatly expand the federal government's role in regulating and providing health care for all Americans? As his fading poll numbers show, President Obama is having trouble getting us to yes on that question. He seems to be backpedaling from the so-called public option by the minute. And now he's facing a potential foe even more powerful and unpredictable than Congress: swine flu.

Why will the networks air an entire health care speech by Hussein, but reject a 60 second commercial against his health care plan?

What is Fineman prattling on about? IF Obama handles the swine flu well? He and HHS already failed. For months HHS said there would be enough vaccine. Now those on Medicare won’t get it in time. That’s a failure Fineman and you know it. You were there when the left went nuts because a vaccine was delayed a couple weeks. That was the “normal” flu and the late vaccine was Bush’s fault. This year, tens of millions won’t get any vaccine at all or get it months after the pandemic starts.

It's not lost on the White House that how they handle the largest inoculation program in our history could affect the public's (and Congress's) verdict on whether to entrust new health-care powers to government.

Whatever you say, Dr. Fienman. You set the criteria, and the rest of us lemmings will follow.

If Obambi can prove that he can walk and chew gum at the same time, it will be okay to nationalize health care? Sounds good to me!!
