My mediation happens with my evening two micro beers which lasts from before dinner, during dinner and after dinner.
Or being fortunate to have good friends and relatives in the wino business, sometimes a couple glasses of a good red wine replace the micro brews.
I have never used elevators if the climb is 3 floors or less until my knee surgery 3 weeks ago. I, also, park a block or more if possible from the store or place I’m heading too. I’m back to that regime as my knee recovers.
Regardless of the purists, who claim that water doesn’t count if it is in coffee, tea, beer, fruit juices, I get my 8+ glasses per day in many enjoyable ways.
Whining, crabbing and bitching about things we have no control over isn’t allowed in this household. Our Grandkids have learned that in their short time.

Google Dirt showed the vineyards but it also gave me their website. Bob was a long time supervisor in Marin County while he was living in Lake county. We had mutual friends and when I would visit in Lakeport he would come over with a case of his wine and I would take home what we didn’t drink. I think Trader Joes carries it. I can’t find it up here...

Our closest good winery is in Idaho. Ste Chappelle Riesling is my favorite from them. One of our wonderful local micros, Wasatch Brewery's India Pale Ale is also a treat.
I'm still struggling through the depression that the closure of Spanish Peaks' Black Dog Ale sent me into.
