The World Wildlife Fund is running an ad showing dozens of planes aimed at the World Trade Center with copy that that reads "The tsunami killed 100 times more people than 9/11. The planet is brutally powerful. Respect it. Preserve it."

It worked for me. I am shocked at how idiotic they are.
WOW! Just, WOW!
Just when you think the libs couldn’t possibly get any lower ...
Wonder if the MSM will get the “New Jersey Widows” reaction to this?
With unemployment at 15%. and everyones savings down the tubes I do not think anybody gives a damn about environmental extremeists and their stupid social engineering programs. It is a hard sell to raise rates on energy when you can’t afford gas to go to work.
These people don't think like other people (I guess that's another way to define "stupidity").
LoL! i remember that.
The tsunami killed a bunch of Indoneasian muslims.
Seems to me the planet did itself a favor.
How’s that for shocking?
Absolutely tone deaf or malicious. Neither answer is a good one...
Tsunami" Ad Offends Memory of September 11 Tragedy (NBC New York ^ | 9/1/09 | HASANI GITTENS)
What a senseless, and indeed contradictory message.
So which is it: Is the planet so fragile that we must watch our every step, or is it so powerfully strong that we cannot hope to control it?
The use of a Tsunami as some kind of conservation message is baffling. What were we supposed to have done about that, again? They lost me on that one...
It's just as shocking...and real to boot
TOTALLY TASTELESS.
INSANE. LIBERALS ARE INSANE.
Equates global warmers and polluters with sicko terrorists.
The WWF..World Wildlife Federation, is a bogus organization that is also the creator of those ads featuring a Mama and a baby polar bear getting separated due to melting ice floes.
The President of this joke is Babbitt...Clinton’s former secretary of the Interior...a criminal himself that got off with his crime.
I’m vague on this but remember investigating it once before.
The WWF had tentacles that lead directly to the Clintons.
WWF? Where’s Stone Cold Steve Austin?
What an idiotic ad.
"Death is death", "All death is equal", etc. ad nauseam.
I remind that there is NO danger to polar bears and they are not endangered in any fashion.
And ABC wouldn’t take an ad that was supposedly against Obamer but this WWF routinely runs fake ads.
The congress a few years ago rammed though a bill putting the polar bear on the endangered species list but it was a fake.
Hey, they get away with this stuff.
The message has nothing to do with the tsunami or environmentalism.
Leftists, both here and abroad, hate the United States. The WWF knows that it can create a favorable image for itself with their potential audience (mostly leftist) by disparaging Americans as concerned only with themselves and overly dramatic about their own problems in a world full of problems.
For a couple bucks, the WWF will invoke the disparaging leftist image of the US, while simultaneously giving the left some war porn of their own so they can get little lefty wood about hundreds of thousands of dead US citizens.
Leftists are inherently evil and find such imagery incredibly exciting.
Yes, it’s powerful. But mankind is so powerful that we can control the climate! /sarc
What a bunch of egotistical idiots environmental weanies are.
Found the ad so disgusting that I went to the WWF website to see if they had the gall to own it -

WASHINGTON, DC, September 2, 2009 World Wildlife Fund today issued the following statement in response to an ad posted on several Internet sites that has been inaccurately linked to our organization and contains messages and images related to the events of 9-11.
WWF strongly condemns this offensive and tasteless ad and did not authorize its production or publication. It is our understanding that it was a concept offered by an outside advertising agency seeking our business in Brazil. The concept was summarily rejected by WWF and should never have seen the light of day. It is an unauthorized use of our logo and we are aggressively pursuing action to have it removed from websites where it is being currently featured. We strongly condemn the messages and the images portrayed in this ad. On behalf of WWF, here in the US and around the world, we can promise you this ad does not in any way reflect the thoughts and feelings of the people of our organization.
