At the start of the Nazi regime, Joseph Goebbels encouraged Germans to boycott Jewish-owned businesses. Within a short time, Nazi thugs had painted Stars of David or written “Jude” or “Juden” across Jewish-owned storefronts throughout Germany.
We look back with horror at this today.
Professor John Culhane of Widener University School of Law is proposing a new version of this: a requirement that businesses that have a religious objection to homosexuality, and that would prefer not to offer services for gay couples that want to get married, should be required to state their objection on the outside of the business...

What does one’s personal belief in who can get married or not have to do with the businesses they own.
That is like telling me who believes in a 14 billion year old universe that I HAVE TO put up a sign saying that is my belief so that I scare away the YECs or give them a good excuse to lob bricks through my window. Instead of just keeping it to myself and selling to everyone who has the money (free market capitalism).
In a way it would be kinda like a state enforced self-boycott of one’s own business.

It is all about giving themselves a good excuse to attack decent Americans by setting them up for an attack that would be “justified” in their own sick twisted minds.
It is about trying to find a way to demonize those who have strong opinions but who have that pesky “live and let live” attitude that they loathe so much because it would deny them of their need for confrontation.
Most academics have never matured or lived in the real world.
They combine the worst elements of adolescent naivete with middle-aged authoritarianism.

Perhaps the Western world should recognize and give special privileges to married couple who produce children. Tax exceptions/changes/benefits for stay at home parents... that sort of thing. If you want to save Western Civilization, increase the birthrate.
Up here in Canada, if one parent works(@$100000), that income is not split between the two thus giving more discretionary spending. Two $50000 pay less tax that one $100000.
Those kind of changes could help produce more married couples willing to produce more children.
