This is an amusing comment that tends to discredit his thinking.
Also his notion that the Texas Republic would be dominated by Mexico. Nevertheless, his dark vision of how close we are to a collapse warrants attention. I think he sees that far pretty clearly. It’s just the longer vision of how the pieces get re-assembled that seems off to me.
Or, how about this looper: “and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong...”
“The Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population...”
At least we will eat well....... ;-)
If you consider hispanics Chinese. Ha Ha.
He seems to be forgeting one thing, Americans have always been free and will not allow a total collapse to happen. Yeah, maybe some damn tough times but we will not be absorbed by anyone.
Also his comments about the south and central parts. I wonder how Kentucky, where I just bought acreage, fits in. No Hispanic population to speak of. It seems to be the hole in the doughnut of six...
Exactly. His faulty understanding of the demographics of the country lead one to toss the whole theory. The central states have high populations of native Americans? Maybe high populations of native American casinos. Also, thanks to the Federal govt refusing to enforce our borders, you’ll pretty much find increasing Hispanic populations everywhere.
That and “the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong,. I was at least partially with the guy until then.
