Unlike Clinton, this guy has some core values (few of which I agree with). I am sure Gibbs is correct, and Barry is willing to go down with the ship.

The problem is, he's sealed off the lifeboats and is taking the rest of us down on the ship with him.

He’s packing the heck out of the justice dept, etc., which will be hard to un-do.
