You bet it did. I actually believe Dick Cheney, and have no reason not to. The intel results from the interrogations are available. Its not a "what if" proposition, its QED.

To Demoncrats, if the interrogations worked, they must be torture. If they don't work, as in pre 9/11, it is what they want and blame Bush.
