My guess would be that Universal gets to keep them as long as their contract allows. Universal would now pay royalties to Disney though and I’m sure once the contract expires that big green roller coaster at Universal will need a new name.

Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck are NOT super heroes.
Pinocchio is not part of the X Men Disney's new super hero will probably be named Homo Man. Keep the change. My old comics should have just become more valuable.
