I thought they got the first slice already.

The Mob never takes a big cut, they are smarter than the Federal Kleptocracy. A smart crook leaves enough for the marks so the marks can survive. To be a rich crook you need rich marks.

Alinsky was with the Mob for a few years before he organized communities.

It’s done legally now. Yesterday’s mafia is today’s ALCORN which is now receiving funds legally through the stimulus bill.

But now the G’s gotta come up with Paulie’s money every week, no matter what. Tax receipts bad? F**k you, pay me. Oh, you had a fire? F**k you, pay me. Place got hit by lightning, huh? F**k you, pay me.”

Well Duh! (as they kids say) There is no “May Seek A Cut”.
The union goons already have their paws on large chunks of the gold.

Between the total lack of accountability of the $780 BILLION in TARP funds and the amount the mob already rakes in from “union dues”, the kick-backs from the “shovel ready” projects, and countless other schemes, it would only be news if they didn’t get a big chunk.
I mean, what part of the Chicago Machine is NOT a “mob”?
It doesn’t have to be Italian to be a criminal enterprise!

And Congress has appropriated about $220 million in additional money to assist 23 of the 28 federal inspectors general involved in overseeing stimulus money, said Ed Pound, a spokesman for the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board, the federal stimulus watchdog.
And how much shall the mafia expend on these same inspectors?
