Did you see Casino Royale (the more recent one)? Bond is naked on a chair frame, the seat is out of it. The villian has a thick heavy rope with a big, tight knot on the end. He whirls the rope real fast, and then up into Bonds nads. I realize its "just" a movie, but I felt the pain all the way into my throat, just watching it.

I'd say mash their nads over time. Like 10x the amount of time they brutalized this woman.
