One good thing about the high real estate prices in Austin is that they are pushing people out of East Austin and into P-Ville and Round Rock. With that crime in Austin has decreased or been level while the same cannot be said for our northern suburbs.

Gonna be hard to *keep Austin weird* with all the Californians and Yankees taking up all the housing. LOL!
