We need one more for Fairfax VA: Officer Wesley Cheeks is a Nazi.
My fave.
...Hope to be in Cincinnati, for the rally...
Printed some up. Can’t get the link to work for the “Not Paid to be Here” sign. Can you fix that?
As a longtime activist, your signs are nice but too lengthy. The rule of thumb is to use the old journalistism KISS method...Keep It Simple Stupid. People who are passing by a rally can’t read it that fast, and the media pans rather quickly leaving the viewer only a few seconds to take it in. Think bumper sticker. Also, fewer words can be made larger.
Keep up the fight!
We all dislike Obama and his bots, but to refer to them as Nazis reinforces the notion that we are kooks. It also, diminishes what the real Nazis did. I would refrain. There are other ways to hit them.
I tweaked it, but I’m still having trouble with it. Is it working for you yet?
You are absolutely right for drive-by motorcades. For rallies that get in the press or on TV, a little more demonstration of brainpower will overcome the sneers of the media. For town hall meetings, a floor-length essay will do just fine if you’re sitting in the front row and want to spark an inkling of respect from the congress critter. Yes, thinking is important IF you keep in mind YOUR CONTEXT. Times are changing. And fast. This is NOT your father’s marketing class.

This may not be “your father’s marketing class” as you put it. But human nature doesn’t change. People can’t read that fast, and that includes the congress critters. Being creative lets you make your point in fewer words for whatever setting. KISS is tried and true.
The “Got good health care?” is a great example. So are the ones with four lines.
I’ve got one that says:
Stop Obamacare!
My body!
My healthcare!
My choice!
Here are a few others:
Throw Granny
(insert picture of granny)
Under The Healthcare Plan
Obama’s Health Care
(insert picture of bombed out ambulance)
Clunker
Health Care By Force
Is Not
Health Care By Choice
Yes! Thank you! I was able to print up several copies!
Anybody going to have some posters for sale next Saturday. Need to either get one made or to buy one. Let me know if there is a site to pre order and pick up in DC.
I think most people are bringing their own, maybe someone else knows otherwise?
If there is a special poster you want from one of these let me know.
If you have something else, send me the saying or the link.
I’ll bring them with me on Saturday AM to the hotel.
Several of you won’t be at the hotel but I can bring them Friday to Walter Reed. Its going to be tough to bring a bunch of them with me Saturday to FReedom Plaza in case we don’t meet up.
