APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
Plaintiff Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes has received what appear to be facially valid orders mobilizing her to active duty with the United States Army in Iraq on September 5th, 2009 (Exhibit A). Captain Rhodes is both a US army officer and a medical doctor, a flight surgeon. On May 15th of this year 501 brigade out of Fort Campbell, KY, currently stationed in Iraq, has requested a support of medical personal in Iraq. Two days ago, August the 23rd, an order was given through the chain of command via e-mail for Captain Rhodes to arrive in San Antonio TX, Fort Sam Houston for Tactical Combat Medical Care Course (TCMC) to be held from August 30th till September 4t and next day, on September the 5th to arrive in Fort Benning in Columbus GA for immediate deployment to Iraq for a period of one year and twelve days from September 5th, 2009 until September 17th 2010. Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes wants to serve her country and fulfill her tour of duty, however as a US army officer and a medical doctor she has severe reservations regarding legitimacy of Barack Obama as the Commander in Chief and repercussions of her service under his orders, particularly in light of mounting evidence of him having allegiance to other Nations and citizenship of Kenya, Indonesia and Great Britain.

I don't want to sound like I am questioning the sincerity of the plaintiff but I am starting to wonder if 0bama is purposefully creating a way to sabotage the military from within by using this issue. If everyone who sues has their orders rescinded, then that would be a very quick way to cripple the military if a lot of service members filed such lawsuits.

Good point, but the populace will always side with the Military, and there are enough in high places who are still Patriots to count on. It will only take a handful of these CinC challenges to cause a storm. At what point will the RATS be seen on the side of Obambi and not the military by not investigating, etc.?
IMO, if a large portion of the military filed a class action suit, it might bring this thing to a head.
I’m not a lawyer but, it seems to be the way to go.
But after a handful challenge it, and win, the MSM and politicians are going to have to decide if they want to continue to defend/ignore Obambi and stand in start contrast to the People. The media may, but every GOP, conservative RAT and moderate RAT will have to go back and face their constituents eventually. IMO

Can the same principle be applied to any wage-earner who is asked to pay federal taxes?
That is, until we have a legitimate President, are we as citizens obligated to pay federal taxes? If the President is not legitimate, then his appointments are not legitimate, including his appointment of the Secretary of the Treasury.
Money is where it is at here, and you have to hit ‘em where it hurts.

The judiciary of the US has not been approached by "anyone of standing",,,,in their opinion.
A long form birth certificate is not enough. It would not answer the questions about 0bama's past life.
The 0bama administration side stepped the first officers lawsuit, then cost him his civilian job.
Now comes another officer's lawsuit. Will there be more lawsuits after this until "someone of standing" forces the CINC to reveal his life history?
The aggressive acts of retaliation against an individual who dares to legally question smells like there is much that is hidden.
Both officers who have filed lawsuits were not front line enlisted personnel who have a much greater exposure to die in defense of their country.
How long will it be before enlisted personnel question the legitimacy of the CINC?
Based on his 8 months of negativity toward the United States of America and its citizens it is time for Mr 0bama to produce ALL his life's records.
Mr 0bama stop spending millions of dollars, stop side steping, stop hiding, just show us all the freaking information.

I think they may be confused with the prior lawsuit.
But, isn’t it Congress who decides where the tax money is spent, not the treasury or the President?
I do think a tax revolt would make a dent but, the Feds would enact rules to keep employers from allowing you to have options regarding your paycheck withdraws.
All these suits get thrown out of federal court rather quickly, and the only thing they accomplish is to bolster the argument of the Left that all those who oppose Obama are a bunch of conspiracy-mongering freaks. There is no better way to advance the objectives of Obama & the Left than to file yet another one of these idiot Birther lawsuits.
