What you fail to understand is, the majority of the public now live in large cities. They are easily controlled and threatened. They will gladly accept what ever the Government says so long as they are able to keep their TV sets, have electricity and flush toilets without being inconvenienced in any way.

To get them back in line quickly, all that needs to be done is the electricity shut off for a few days and Marshall law declared and check points set up on all major roads. They will be begging for their lives back and do what ever the Government says.

I guarantee it.

Well then, America isn't worth saving if this is wholly true, is it?

I recognize the phenomenon, but am slightly more optimistic. Grab a couple of hundred random Americans, and there's a potential Todd Beamer in there somewhere.

check points set up on all major roads

I wonder how long it would take for citizens all across the country to strongly refuse to put up with that?

That happens the inner cities will explode in rioting

In addition there ain't enough troops at home to enforce it

YUP.

The conditioning of the SHEEPLE has been going on a very long time.

Movies have been a big help.

You’ve nailed it. The population centers are all democrat for that very reason, their every move is controlled by some arm of the government. Their survival is completely dependent on the government. If it goes in the crapper, they will not survive a week, probably not even the 72 hours that FEMA, Homeland Security, and your local and state health departments advise we ALL prepare for.

That would be more effective than dropping bombs on the cities to destroy them.

That is their plan, this is what the communists did in Romania. You can still see the wonderful Soviet style architecture. By the way I think you mean martial law not Marshall Law.
