Possibly an illegal? Many illegals have come to America to avoid the legal system they have violated in their native country. Not all, but many indeed.
Could very well be, kindred. There are many thousands of illegals here in NY. You should see how many are hanging outside Home Depots & Lowes @ 7am looking for day work. And the cops do NOTHING! Low-life looking scumb*gs, too.
In my humble opinion, probably 1/4 of the people here illegally are criminal in one way or another. This is in no way scientific. That being said, the other 3/4 are humble, hard working people struggling for a better life. The 3/4, inmho, are being used in any number of ways.
