Prayer Request - Another Interview on Fox News Tomorrow (Sunday, Aug. 30)

Hello again,

I want to say thanks to all of you who prayed for me this past Friday for my brief interview on the Fox News Channel about Rifqa Bary’s situation. It was a much shorter interview than I was expecting, but the Lord is the one who even made the interview possible in the first place, so praise God!

Anyway, I am writing you again because they have asked me to come back on tomorrow, (Sunday August 30) @ 7:20am Eastern & 6:20am Central time for another interview. PRAISE GOD! I have an overwhelming desire to get Rifqa’s testimony out to the world. Even though satan has attempted to distort and hide her testimony, God is bringing her life out in the light and wants her true story to be made public. Please pray that they would give me more time to tell her story! Her testimony is dangerous to satan just like the people mentioned in Revelation 12:11. (Great passage of scripture!)

Like I mentioned before, I completely believe that the Lord is going to use this situation as a spark to reach Muslims all over the globe, and to jolt awake the sleeping American church to the reality of the sustaining power and presence of Jesus that Rifqa’s life so clearly demonstrates. Her story is a call to all Christians to be awakened to the power of a life that is sustained by desperately and intimately clinging to Jesus for life itself. Like I mentioned before, if she can live this way, so can we! I am convinced God wants her life to be on display as an example of what it looks like to courageously live in the kingdom of God.

Pray for the following things for tomorrow’s (Sunday August 30) interview:

1. For the right questions to be asked of me during the interview.
2. For the right words to be given me from above.
3. For boldness.
4. For His peace.
5. For the gospel to be communicated to many hearts, especially other Muslims.
6. For the American Church to be awakened to the glory of God.
7. For His will to be done here on earth JUST AS it is already being done in heaven.

Jamal also grew up in Columbus, Ohio as a muslim. While a rebellious high schooler, he met a girl that would later become his wife. Becuse of her, began attending a church in a suburb named Gahanna, became a Christian, went to Jerry Falwell's school - Liberty University, graduated from the seminary, became an onfire Pastor back at our church, planted a church at Ohio State University and now leads a ministry devoted to waking up a slumbering Church. This young man is about Jesus Christ in every breath he takes and every conversation and every act is about The Gospel.
