OK, Here's what the GOP should do. Introduce their Health Care Reform Bill and rename it in Ted Kennedy's honor. After all, what Teddy said is not nearly important as what he did. After all, he had private health care (not public), could go to any doctor he wanted (not forced into being given a doctor), could use experimental treatment (and wasn't told that society couldn't afford his expensive treatment), and hung on for over a year after his diagnosis, (and wasn't told by Dr. Obama to just take a pill a year ago, do society a favor and die quickly).
He also, I'm sure, had some kind of Medical Savings Account so he could afford his struggle to survive, and his doctor's probably won't be sued anytime soon.
If you ask me, I'd want the Kennedy Health Care Reform bill, if only the Repubs would introduce it.
Republicans should introduce a bill that requires hospitals and doctors to separate that portion of the charge that corresponds to the cost of malpractice insurance on every billing. It could be clearly spelled out on every bill as “malpractice insurance component”. Actually, I don’t know why doctors and hospitals don’t do it anyway.
Brilliant! Rush should propose this.
We should have the same health freedom that Kennedy had.

I think you miss the main Fascicrat point, he died anyway. With their plan, they would already have their 60th new senator. Teddy was un-Fascist hanging on so long.
