You are absolutely correct. Obama is trying to start a race war. He has a Charlie Manson mindset. His calculations are wrong. There is not going to be a race war. We are not going to kill each other because of skin color. Looks more and more like it may boil down to a religious war of Christians vs. Muslims.
Even if that is the case, there needs to be some kind of binding official ruling that says that Constitutional limitations which apply while school is in session AS A SCHOOL, apply at no other time. Or alternatively, that public meetings cannot be held at a school.
Otherwise the tyrants have a simply workaround to Constitutional freedom, simply hold your meetings at some site where the Constitution doesn't apply. Next we'll see them holding them at airports and quashing dissent using rules specifically targeted at airport and flight security. This obviously should not be allowed to stand.
I don’t care if the law DOES say that. If there are specific areas where Constitutional rights are limited, and no one bothers to make it known that those limitations are not in effect when that area is in use for other than it’s normal use, it provides a safe haven for a tyrant who wishes to present the appearance that he is holding an open meeting with his constituents when he’s a lying coward and crook and in dereliction of his duty and oath.
Perhaps like you, I grow weary with the “there might really be a law against it” crowd here. Let’s use a little logic.
1. I’ll bet there are plenty of posters on bulletin boards inside the school with people’s faces on them.
2. There may very well be a rule — for students during school hours — barring inflamatory forms of speech (e.g., swaztikas on shirts). But such rules are never applied to citizens using school facilities outside of normal school hours. Once the school allows its facilities to be used by outside groups, it cannot bar legal forms of speech.
3. Had the poster been supportive of Obama, would the guard have prevented its display? I mean, c’mon!
4. Even if the guard was under the delusion that some law or regulation prevented posters with pictures, we citizens have every right to “school” him. In this case, it’s too bad that the protestor didn’t insist on his rights. Next time, have 20 people with posters and dare the guard to do anything about it!

Some of you don’t like my CAPS and some of you do not like my call on the conservative protester, that’s fine but, I will not waiver from the principle of integrity in that we must make each and every argument sound and irrefutable. Get the facts and act on them instead of giving the enemy any opportunity to gain an inch of ground in return.
