If the US was to announce that all proven...or suspected...oil fields within US territory were going to be (carefully and responsibly) explored/developed the price of crude would drop by 66% overnight and would stay there indefinitely. But Hussein wouldn't do that....he's already on record as supporting $4/gal gasoline.

I’ll bet you dollars to donuts they never spud a commercial well in the Beaufort. Some communist Obama tsar somewhere in the parallel shadow administration will shoot it down.

That’s what I wondered too. Rational, logical thought from the ninth circus is almost unheard of. What’s the catch?

The 9th circus court of appeals finally made a just decision? Who would have thought? And why would they buck the enviormental wackos?
Maybe because the liberals need more tax monies to pay for the evil they finance and the liberal states are all broke or bankrupt?

This is, indeed, absolutely astonishing. The Ninth Circus actually following the law, doing the sensible thing, and deciding a case on the merits?
Unprecedented.
