Sounds like the police have two “armored vehicles” on or near the scene at this point. Helicopter is short on fuel, but they have another aircraft on standby. Switching to 122.77 to talk to state police.
They think they are driving the suspect towards other officers. They do have him in sight. Sounds like they are close to moving in on him.
